Prepare your taste buds for a culinary journey like no other, featuring a lineup of exquisite dishes meticulously crafted to elevate your Valentine's celebration.

The evening will commence with a glass of bubbly for those diners that choose to opt for the wine pairing option, complimented with a delicate Cauliflower Tart, enriched with the flavors of cod's roe and a touch of balsamic. A harmonious combination that sets the stage for a night of indulgence.

We invite you to also Indulge in a seafood sensation with a White Prawn Tart. Earl Grey butter and an aromatic lobster sauce elevate the prawns to new heights, creating a symphony of flavors. This dish has been paired with a Pouilly Fume from Corty, sourced from Saint-Andelain.

Experience the luxury of Layered Lasagna, featuring mushroom ragu, black garlic veloute, and the exquisite aroma of black winter truffles. A true celebration of Italian flavors.

Amongst other dishes, the evening shall also include Smoked Beef & Turnip, as well as a Venison loin, which  is complemented by the sweetness of pear, the warmth of timut pepper, and the classic richness of sauce au poivre.

Conclude your dining experience on a sweet note with Citrus Condiments. Lemon toffee, oat biscuit, and yuzu create a delightful medley of citrusy flavors. We also invite you to end your evening with a decadent treat – Milk Chocolate 'Namelaka,' banana, and parsley ice-cream. A dessert that promises to leave a lasting impression.
