The Golden Fork provides an unprecedented dining experience in the heart of Rabat. It is fascinated by nature and constantly inspired by traditional Maltese cuisine as well as the exquisite Mediterranean. Our newest menu, created by Executive Chef Letizia Vella, is based on the Chef's personal memories and her childhood growing up in Malta. This visionary young chef believes in creating distinguished dishes that feed the soul.
