About Letizia Vella
Letizia's culinary career began early on, by her family's love and respect for quality and tradition. After completing her studies at Malta's Culinary Institute, she sought opportunities to further develop her own creativity. Her culinary repertoire flourished during an internship under Chef Heston Blumenthal at The Fat Duck restaurant followed by Dinner by Heston as a Chef de Partie. She went on to develop her passion for cooking in other refined restaurants in Malta, followed by opening her very own, The Golden Fork in 2019.

We would like all of our guests to feel free to express their style however, we do ask guests to avoid shorts, tracksuits and hoodies. Smart trainers are fine. We know lots of our guests like to dress smartly which we appreciate! Ultimately we want every guest to feel at home.
